How to Prepare
1. Empty 1 packet of pancake mix in a bowl and add 1 tbsp unsalted melted butter or clarfied butter(ghee), 1/2 cup of milk
2. Mix well into a smooth batter
3. Heat a non-stick pan on a low flame. Grease the pan with butter(ghee). Pour the above batter and cook well on both sides.
4. Garnish it with chocolate syrup, honey or fruits.
