How to Prepare
1. Empty 1 packet premix into a microwave safe mug and add 2 tbsp unsalted, melted butter or clarified butter(ghee), 1 tbsp yogurt or egg, 3-4 tbsp hot milk.
2. Mix well into a smooth batter.
3. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, cooking time may vary according to the microwave settings.
4. Ensure cake mix is well blended by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean, then the mugcake is done.
